For your salty carb fix!
Time to make – 50 minutes Serves 4
Ingredients 500g of new potatoes – halved 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons of olive oil Sea salt Pepper
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 225C
Mix the potatoes with a good drizzle of olive oil, the ACV and the salt – mix well
Cook for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and crush eat potato with a fork
Add another drizzle and ACV and salt and then cook for another 10 minutes to crisp up
Serve
